Patricia Duchaussoy is a true pioneer who introduced Pilates to Thailand over 20 years ago, establishing the first Pilates studio in Bangkok.

As a second-generation Pilates teacher, she studied directly with world-renowned masters, including Romana Kryzanowska, Alan Herdman, and Ron Fletcher. Through their guidance, she perfected the art of Pilates and developed her own thoughtful approach to teaching. Patricia also co-founded the Swiss Pilates Institute, recognized globally for its excellence in teacher training.
