The Pilates exercises should be challenging (both mentally and physically) yet not so difficult in order to avoid any kind of extreme struggles or breaking momentums. Till today, our instructors are replenished with sessions that challenge them continuously.

There are 2 kinds of Pilates:

             a)  Reformer Pilates (using the Pilates Machine)
             b)  Mat Pilates (using the Pilates Mat)

 

It doesn’t matter which kind of Pilates method you choose, success will depend on your consistency and persistence.

At Sana Motion, all our instructors are fully certified and trained to tailor exercises according to customer body’s needs. If an exercise causes pain, it is vital for the instructor to know immediately.

As a rule of thumb, just like how pain gradually builds up in the body over time when not effectively taken care of, the same way, learning and applying Pilates techniques and skills takes time and commitment to realize the benefits of this healthy method.  Therefore, consistency and regularity is so important!
