Biography 

Previously working in the manufacturing field as an Industrial Engineer for almost 10 years. After 3 years as an a Pilates practioner, I found out that Pilates method is not only help me to relief the pain from stressful working but also I get the better posture, get improve the core strength, increase the flexibility flatten stomach. Overall after practicing Pilates regularly, my body get toner and stronger without muscle. Since I experienced Pilates benefits myself, so I would loved to share these sophisticated method was trained to deepen my knowledge of Pilates method both Classic and Contemporary from master Patricia Swiss Pilates Institute at Pilates Station to become the Pilates Instructor. I enjoy teaching Pilates and love to be a part of my students transformation. I am happy when seeing students improve their posture, pain relief get stronger, feel better their body. At the Pilates Station, where you can feel comfy and nice atmosphere. It’s such a perfect place to work your mind and body.
